Refund Policy


Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and as such we handle every request to the best of our abilities. While we hope you are always satisfied with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your merchandise, you have 14 days from the order date to ask for a full refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges, or return and shipping charges. Refunds will also be fixed at the price paid and not at the price in the relevant currency on the redemption date.

To return or exchange items, you can contact us at specifying the order number, if it is a return or an exchange and we will provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed with your request.


Please send an email to inform us of your return.
Put the items inside a box.
Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with the order.
Close the box and secure it with tape.
Send your package using one of your preferred methods.

We recommend that you send your shipment within 7 days of your return request and request proof of shipment to ensure that we will receive your package within 14 days. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. When your return has been accepted, a refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 days.

Before the package leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our packaging team. If an item is classified as faulty and has been received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can offer you a repair or replacement service.


Purchased items can be exchanged for a different size. Exchanges are processed only upon receipt of the returned goods and are based on stock availability.

Replacements are returned free of charge. If you are interested in a different garment, please return your item to us and simply purchase the new item separately at
