RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle every request to the best of our ability. Although we hope you are always satisfied with your order, if the item received does not exactly match the description on our website, is damaged, or is not to your liking, you have a maximum of 14 days from the date you receive the order to request a refund or an exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund taxes, duties, charges, or return and shipping costs. Refunds will also be issued at the price paid and not at the price in the relevant currency on the date of the refund.

To return or exchange items, you may contact us at shop-online@pupisolarisrl.it specifying the order number, whether it is a return or an exchange, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed with your request.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Send an email to notify us of your return.
Place the items inside a box.
Insert the original receipt provided with the order, or a copy.
Close the box and seal it with adhesive tape.
Ship your package using one of your preferred methods.

We recommend sending the shipment within 7 days of the return request and requesting proof of shipment to ensure that we receive the package within 14 days. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any item lost or damaged in transit. When your return has been accepted, the refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 days.

Before the package leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our packing team. If an item is classified as defective and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt, so that we can offer you a repair or replacement service.

EXCHANGES

Purchased items can be exchanged for a different size . Exchanges are processed only upon receipt of the returned goods and are subject to stock availability.

Replacements are reshipped free of charge. If you are interested in a different item, please return your item to us and simply purchase the new item separately at www.pupisolari.com.
